★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 木落社。御祭神大山祇神（おほやまつみのかみ）（山の神）。例祭日 九月二十七日。寅年と申年の七年目毎に行われる式年造営御柱大祭は諏訪大社最大の神事であり中でも四月に行われる下社山出しではこの急坂で御柱を曳き下しその壮観さは言語に絶する。山出しの直前に御社殿を新築し祭事の安全を祈願する（説明板より）
