初見で担当して下さった営業マン、たった1台の車の見積りを出すのにほぼ2時間放置プレイ。その場は怒りをぐっと堪え、後日商談の為、オンラインで担当の営業マン指名で来店予約をしましたが一向に返信が来ず、電話で確認したところ忘れていた模様。この時点で怒りが再燃も渋々訪問しましたが、来店予約した時間にも関わらず担当の営業マンが何故か接客中により、またしても放置プレイ。トドメに別の営業マンをよこす始末。報連相も全く出来ていないのでしょうね、商談内容が全く噛み合わずにもはや我慢の限界でした。本来なら★1つも付けたくない位です。全ての営業マンがそうだとは思いませんが、少なくともこの様な営業マンが居るお店で販売している車も全く信用出来ないと思わざるを得ないですね。余談になりますが、比較していたもう一つのお店も初見だったのですが、見積りの段階から迅速丁寧。購入後のアフターフォローの話まで親身に相談に乗って下さいました。ネクステージよりも高い価格でしたが、迷わずお世話になりました!

普段自分はわざわざレビューしようなんて思う店は無いですが、あまりにひどすぎたのでこれが初めてのレビューになります。 まず車体の値段も程度もとても良いです。 ですが営業をされている方の態度、対応がとても悪いです。 最悪でした。ほかの口コミを見て分かっていたことではありますが、元気がある対応なら購入してもいいと思っておりました。 それに加え半ば強制のような高額オプション、きっとそれがお店や営業をされている方たちの稼ぎになるんでしょうがさすがに高すぎます。 でも会社がここまで大きいということは一定層には需要があるということなんでしょうね。 買う気満々でしたが一気に冷めました。 どこもそうなんでしょうが、お金が無さそうと感じた人には冷たいんでしょうね。 人の当たりはずれがあるんだと思います。 きっとこれからも私みたいな人を不快にさせていくんでしょうね。 この度はご対応ありがとうございました。

配線を頼んだらこんなので繋がっていた。工賃は1万円。これは素人が簡易的に使うシロモノでしかも日立でなく中国産の粗悪品だった。お金とるならプロですよ。水の掛かるグリル奥にこんなのつけてビニールテープぐるぐる巻でした。なら自分でやれって?やりたいですよ。やらしてくれなかったから。ネクステージで持ち込み配線させると最悪車両火災の恐れ有ります。

低評価のポイント ①現地での見積りがネットの見積り+40万円 ②保証内容が契約時に説明されていたものと違う ③高額なコーティングの仕上がりが雑 ④乗ればすぐにわかる不具合が放置された状態で納車された(2箇所) ⑤修理に預けた際、収納していたCDが後部座席にばらまかれていた(ばらす為の移動?)。また、ほぼ新品だったはずのBOXティッシュがなぜか潰された状態で助手席足元に放置されている状態で車を引き渡された。 ⑥2度ほど修理に預けた際、いずれも進捗等の連絡が一切ない。納期を過ぎても連絡して来ません。 私の場合、営業担当の方の印象はとても良かっただけに残念です。

こちらで昨年購入した車を車検に出してきましたが、対応が最悪でした。 予約して来店したのに1時間以上放置され、対応したスタッフもこのご時世に客の前で爪を噛むという衛生的にありえない接客でした。 また、車検不適合箇所がある状態で車を販売していたようで、今回の車検でその旨を知らされ更には不適合箇所をノーマルに戻す工賃を請求してきました。店側の過失にも関わらず平然と客から工賃を取るのかと唖然としました。 結局店側が負担することで決着し再見積もりされましたが、なぜか引かれるはずの工賃より2,3万ほど多めに引かれていました。もしかして他にもなにかぼったくるつもりだったのかもしれません。 さらに、仕事の都合から車検に出して翌日に必ず車を受け取りたい旨を事前に伝えて店側も了承していたにも関わらず、いざ当日向かってみれば明日にはできないので明後日以降で取りに来てほしいと信じられないことを言われました。なんのために事前に確認したのかわかりません。 なんとか翌日の予定した時間までに完了させてはくれましたが、計器がいじられて使えない状態であったり(嫌がらせ?)、車に穴が空いた状態であったりマットに土が残った状態であったりとプロとは思えない状態で引き渡されました。 多分この店は売れればなんでもいいんでしょう。売ったあとのことなど知ったものかという感じです。担当営業やスタッフ含めて気持ちの良い接客ではないため、もう今後の車検はよそを使います。

気になる車がこちらの店にあったので、意を決して行ってみたものの‥お店の中(一階)にはどなたも居らず、時たま店員さんが出たり入ったりするものの、 いらっしゃいませも言われず、 完全無視でした‥。女性一人で行くって勇気いるのに、誰かの付き添いの人だと思ったのかな。見積もり取ってもらおうと思っていたが、ここはご縁のないお店と判断し、多分もう行かないと思います。
