洗面所とトイレのタオル掛けを新しくするためそれぞれ選んで注文しましたが、完了後は選んだタオル掛けがはんたいに。担当者に聞くと「長さが長すぎて取り付け出来なかったので反対に付けました」と。施主にまったく相談もなく勝手に取り付けていて愕然としました。
お願いした事と違うと指摘すると「特注の長さになるので一か月程かかります。」と謎の回答で、一気に気持ちが冷めました。
もう二度とお願いすることはありません。
お客の気持ちに添えない会社だと感じました。
 I asked you to remodel a second-hand condominium. This is the second time I have asked for a remodeling.
I chose and ordered each to renew the towel racks in the washroom and toilet, but after the completion, the towel racks I chose were very good. When I asked the person in charge, he said, "I couldn't install it because it was too long, so I attached it in the opposite direction." I was shocked to install it without any consultation with the owner.
When I pointed out that it was different from what I requested, the mysterious answer, "It will take about a month because it will be a custom-made length," made me feel cold at once.
I will never ask you again.
I felt that it was a company that did not meet the feelings of customers.
