毎月29日は肉の量が50％増しと書いてあったので、29日に入ってみた。50％増しは全品ではない。券売機横に対象商品が書いてある。
定番のすた丼頼んだが旨い。味付けがいいね。濃くなくちょうどよい気がする。ご飯が多いね。すた丼には味噌汁、生卵、漬物が付いていて嬉しい。これで¥620。
卓上には調味料がいろいろあり、かけてみるのも楽しい。七味をかけても旨い。ドレッシングは２種置いてあった。
ニンニク入ってませんという丼もある。生姜丼だ。旨かったです。
昔食べた気がするが、こんなに美味しかったっけ?

量は結構ありますね。
すた丼、味噌汁、生卵、サラダ、餃子で910円。味もネギ油が効いた様な味わいですが肉の油が少々多い様な感じですね。

駐車場は8台。幹線道路沿いのため、日中は出庫が難しい。
店内はセルフサービスのウォーターサーバが2箇所、食券売機が1個。
平日昼下がりに行ったため、ガランとしている。
配膳速度は普通。
テーブル席はかたっぽがイス、反対側が木の台座に座布団のため、
長時間滞在はおケツが痛くなりそう。
接客普通。
味も普通。
にんにく臭い肉料理を食いたいときは試してみるのもいいのでは。

と、いきなりの評価ですが、他の方が書いてるように、自分もスタッフのレベルが高い店舗だと感じます。
一人で入店してきた高齢の女性に、若い女性のスタッフが直ぐに駆け寄り、自動券売機の購入を補助しておりました。
笑顔で自然に駆け寄る光景に当たり前のことなのかもしれませんが感動を覚えました。
全体にスタッフの元気な笑顔が印象の残る店舗です。すた丼を食べたいときはここに通いそうです(笑)
この店舗は初めてですが、最近のすた丼の各店舗はラーメンメニューを終了していることが多く、この店舗はまだ提供しているという事で訪問しました。
なにげに伝説のすた丼のラーメンは好きなんですよね。
ただ、店舗前の駐車場は道路沿いに7台程度駐車できるスペースはあるのですが、すごく止めづらいです。信号も近いので、所沢方面に行く場合は注意が必要です。
他のすた丼店舗は電子マネーが使える券売機ですが、この店舗は現金だけというのも注意が必要です。
店内は少し広々としていて、仮店舗のような雰囲気を感じます。
お水はセルフサービスです。
今後もできたら長くラーメンもメニューに残してほしいです。

This is my first time at this restaurant, but I visited each of the recent Sutadon restaurants because they often have finished their ramen menu and this restaurant is still offering it.
I like the legendary Sutadon ramen.
However, the parking lot in front of the store has a space along the road where about 7 cars can be parked, but it is very difficult to stop. The traffic lights are close, so be careful when going to Tokorozawa.
Other Sutadon stores are ticket vending machines that accept electronic money, but it is important to note that this store only accepts cash.
The inside of the store is a little spacious and feels like a temporary store.
Water is self-service.
I want you to leave ramen on the menu for a long time if you can.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 味は満足のいく物で、ボリュームもありました。ただ、評価するにあたり残念だったのは駐車スペースです。歩道沿いに数台分あるのですが、まるで隣りの民家の駐車スペースのように感じて通り過ぎそうになってしまいますです。後は、店内の内装が肉体労働者が腹を満たす為に、メシをかき込む感じでした。カップルでの来店には不向きだと思われます。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 平日の11:55に、初めて１人で訪問した。店の横に駐車場８台分あります。入口を入り、右側でアルコール消毒をして、券売機ですた丼（680円)を購入して、隣でお冷を注いで、カウンター席に座る。
先客は５人で空いていた。
食券を店員に渡して、５分ほどで着丼。
肉は豚バラ肉でニンニクが効いて、柔らかく美味い。大根の漬物が２枚乗っている。味噌汁は、ワカメとネギでサービス品といった程度。生卵をトッピングして、途中で卓上のおろしニンニクと豆板醤で味変を楽しんだ。でも、牛丼はもっと安いので、なかなかすた丼は厳しいと思う。
12:10に帰るまでに、来客はあったが空いたままだった。ウーバーイーツの受取が１人いた。

We topped it with raw eggs and enjoyed the taste change with grated garlic and doubanjiang on the way. However, beef bowls are cheaper, so I think it's quite difficult.
By the time I returned at 12:10, there were visitors but they remained vacant. There was one person who received Uber Sweets.
