★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 孫の生活発表会があり訪問しました。起伏のある斜面を上手く活用した5階建鉄筋コンクリートの南向きの明るい立派な建物です。保育内容も理論的に詰められおり、ポリシーを感じさせる展示やイベントに感心しました。「生活発表会」という形態で子供の成長を具体化して、親とのコミニュケーションを図るというイベントを仕組む事自体が素晴らしい事です。保育士もよく訓練されていて、イベント準備が大変だったと思います。保育士を動かす園長さんの並々ならぬ力量を感じました。
There was a grandchild's life presentation meeting and I visited. It is a bright fine building of south-facing 5-story reinforced concrete which makes good use of undulating slopes. Childcare content was packed theoretically, and I was impressed with exhibitions and events that make you feel policy. It is wonderful to organize an event to realize the growth of a child in the form of 'Life presentation' and to communicate with parents. I think that day care workers are well trained and it was hard to prepare for the event. I felt the extraordinary ability of the director who moves nursery teacher.
