こちらの店舗は、手練り蒟蒻で群馬県認定の達人でもある店主の蒟蒻が店頭購入出来て、国道沿いに面しているので立ち寄りもしやすいです。
刺身蒟蒻は絶品で、一般的な酢味噌で食べるより、ポン酢で食べると、青のりの風味が良くて、お薦めです。
