長	長部尚 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 12ヶ月点検の予約を電話でしていたので当日約束の時間に訪ねると、店側が時間を聞き間違えていた事が判明。しかも対応した営業マンはどこまでもこちらに否があると譲らない始末。百歩譲ってお互い様だったとしても、営業マンなら即座にフォローすべきだろうにそれすらもない。 5年前から利用していて店舗と整備工場はリニューアルして綺麗になったが、店長が代わった事を機にそういう体質になってしまったのだろう。実際店の外から観察していたが、その営業マンは逐一店長の席へお伺いをたてに行っていたから、すべて店長の指示だと言う事も証明済み。もうケーユーとは縁を切る事にした。 I had made a reservation for a 12-month inspection by phone, so when I visited at the appointed time on the day, it turned out that the shop side had misunderstood the time.
