★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 土曜日の夜から高熱を出し、日曜当番医でこちらの内科が最寄りだったので受診しました。
結局、インフルエンザＡ型だったのですが、受付の方も感じが良く、医師の診察前に看護師さんがこれまでの経緯や持病があるかなどを詳しく聞いてくれました。先生はとても穏やかで優しい方でした。この後に行うインフルエンザ検査の仕方をひとつひとつ説明をしてくれて、鼻へ差し込む長い綿棒？も全然痛くなく、最後まで気遣いの言葉をかけてくれました。今後、体調不良の時には、こちらを利用させて頂きます。

The teacher was very gentle and kind. Can you explain how to do the flu test after this one by one, and can you insert a long cotton swab into your nose? He didn't hurt at all, and he used words of concern to the end. In the future, if you feel unwell, we will use this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 対応が悪いなどという口コミもあるが、そんなことは全くない。今まで受診した病院の中では最も丁寧な診察であると感じたほど。確かに丁寧すぎて、びっくりして合わない人もいるかもしれない。しかし診察される側としては丁寧過ぎるくらいが安心して帰れる。雑に診察されて、パッと理由や説明もなく出された薬をもって帰って飲むより精神衛生的に遥かに良い。
There are word of mouths that the response is bad, but that is not the case at all. I felt that it was the most polite examination I have ever seen. Certainly, it may be too polite to be surprised and not fit. However, it's too polite for the person to be examined, so I can go home with peace of mind. Much better in terms of mental health than being taken home after taking a medicine that has been misunderstood and given without any reason or explanation.
