★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ここで出したダウンの糸がほつれて中綿が出てしまう状態でかえってきたので言いに行ったら、クリーニングから戻ってきてから一度も着てませんよね？と襟部分が汚れていることに対して二度聞きされた。再クリーニングしてもらえることになったが、二度聞きされたことが不快だったし、一度も着てないのに汚れが落ちていないということで、このお店のクリーニングの質が低いと自ら言っていた。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 衣替えのタイミングで冬服をまとめて預けました。セーターは間に薄葉紙も挟んで、ビニールに入れてあり、コートは一緒に乾燥剤が掛かっておりどちらも新品のようにきれいにされていました。
とても気持ちの良い仕事をありがとうございます。また利用させていただきますね。
