袖のボタンが外れた（２つ付いているので、片方無くとも問題ない）状態のワイシャツを出していたが、当初は一つ付けてくれたが、ここ一年ほどは付けてもらえなくなった。どうやら一年中繁忙期のようだ。
クリーニング結果には問題を感じません。
 The web site of the laundry shop here says "Spot removal, button attachment, pill removal, and simple repair of globules are available free of charge", but "However, it may not be possible during full busy season."
I was putting out a shirt with the buttons on the sleeves off (there are two, so there is no problem with one), but he gave me one at the beginning, but I have not been able to put it on for the past year or so. Apparently it's busy all year round.
I don't feel any problem with the cleaning results.
