ですが、全体的に腹を割って話をすれば解ってもらえる方が多いい会社さんです。
普通の会社に勤める事が出来ない
運転手を相手にするリフトマンですよ？
そりゃ大変ですよ...。
10年前の北越水運に比べたら
全然変わったと思いませんか？
ドギツイ人、居ますか？
皆さん、本当に
優しくなったと思いませんか？
癖のある運転手を相手に1日に
百何十台も面倒見てますよ？
積込みの際に「おはようございます！よろしくお願いします！！」と言った事がありますか？
お互い仕事ですが、その前に
お互い人間ですから気分良くなる様に仕事をしましょう♪
それが北越製紙の為になる事だと思います。
因みに、私は運転手です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 雪の降る関越道で追い抜く寸前にノーウインカーからのふらつき車線はみ出しから危険な幅寄せと怒涛のホーン鳴らされて恐怖しました。
こちらも視界のせいで抜くまで除雪車に気付くのが遅れて配慮が足りませんでしたが、オラオラ走りの威嚇煽り運転する前にウインカーくらい出せないものでしょうか？自分が速度を落としたく無いから相手にブレーキを踏ませたり幅寄せ威嚇するのは会社の方針なのでしょうかね？
増してどんな理由だとしても今の御時世で会社の看板掲げて一般車に煽り運転とか常軌を逸する行為ですよ？下手したら死人が出ます。
ドライブレコーダーに一部始終記録してあります、悪質なため警察に被害届も検討してます。
