とにかく最悪。全員社員でバイトいないから教育はしっかりしてるとか言ってるけど、どこが? 客の要望に自分から答えますとか誠意を見せますとか言っといて、1つも守れない。電話でさえかけ直しますって言っといてかけ直してこない。言ったことも守れないような社会人の団体です。挙げ句の果て支店長はどっかに飛ばして名誉挽回させずに逃がす。全然誠意も糞もない。サカイの上部がそういう考えだからこれからも成長は見込めないと思う口だけパンダ野郎です。 引越しを頼んだある2人だけが一生懸命で好印象だったけど、その他は上層社員含め糞でした。本当は星ゼロだけど付けないと投稿できないので1です。もう一度言います、本当はゼロです。

見積したけどお米持って来ていなく後日とか言ってたが、結局まだもらってない。明日来るのかな? いや来ないね。 引っ越し前日位に電話がありトラック1台ですよねと確認して1台で往復しますと言ってたが、当日計3台来てビビッつた。狭い所だったので、近所の方は大丈夫かとヒヤヒヤした。トータル10人程度の人が居た。だから前日確認したのに。 建替えで半年前も頼んだが、そのときも1台と言って2台来た。お母さんと私しかいなく、急遽レンタル倉庫とアパートで別れて大変だった。 しかもそのときもドアのクローサーを外してそのまま帰り、直してほしいと言ってもなかなか直してもらえず(本人じゃないとわからないとか)結局来た人が触ってないとか言われて腹がたった。そんなわけない。 アンケート3 以下があると減額になるからお願いします。とか言われたし。 今回の新築して戻ってきたときはブルーレイレコーダーが引っのしたあと無かった。こちらも確認不足かと思い、次の日の日中まで優先的に探したが、やはり見当たらず、電話したが連絡が来たのは夜7時くらい。で当日の人が休んでてつながらないとか。客の品物が無いかもしれないのに、悠長な対応だと思った。 だが荷ほどきで忙しかったので、作業してたら8時前くらいにサカイにあったと連絡が来て明日以降に渡すと言って平謝り。探せばあるじゃン。休みの人関係ない。 次の日レコーダーをおいていき、段ボール引き取りが有料になったので、荷ほどきしてでた段ボールを無償で引き取ってくれるかと思いきやまさかのだめです。 ただ謝って帰って行きました。 子供達の録画したかった鬼滅の刃のテレビ放送をどうにかしてほしいです。 もう2度と頼まない。 星がふたつなのは2回目の作業自体はとても良く働いてくれたと感じてるから。ただ引っ越しした品物がないなんて引っ越し屋として終わってるよ。探した労力と鬼滅が…
