★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 武左衛門一揆記念館、大野作太郎地質館が隣接しています。何れも展示内容が素晴らしく、特に地質館では地質学の奇蹟の発見と、その経緯を知ることが出来ます。国道沿いにある看板（隣の西予市のもの）の意味が分かりました。ただ、町のHPでの紹介文だと大野先生個人の業績展示しかないように見えるので再考した方がいいと思います。四国の博物館資料館はほとんど行きましたが、ここが一番です。
 The Takezaemon Ikki Memorial Hall and the Ono Sakutaro Geological Museum are adjacent to each other. The contents of the exhibits are wonderful, especially at the Geological Museum, where you can discover the miracle of geology and learn about its history. I understood the meaning of the signboard along the national highway (the one in Seiyo City next door). However, if it is an introductory text on the town's website, it seems that there is only an exhibition of the achievements of Professor Ohno, so I think it is better to reconsider. I went to most of the museums in Shikoku, but this is the best.
