The shop was open up to the roadside station. The pheasant yakitori was rare, so I tried it with great interest. It was soft and the saltiness was exquisite, and it was very delicious. I received the pheasant meat from the shop. What kind of menu is this dish? I want to go for a while ? Exciting

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 鬼北町の山里にあるキジに拘ったレストランです。オーナーの祖母の家を改装しているので、一見、ただの古いお家です。たぶん、注意しないと見過ごします。が、店内に入ると、立派な梁とお洒落な空間が出迎えてくれます。
ランチメニューは４種類。どれも、鬼北町産のキジを使っています。自分が頂いたのはハンバーグ。キジ肉だからか、ジューシーというわけではないですが、ソースとの相性が良くて美味しく頂けました。ドレッシングとして使ったポン酢は、こちらのオリジナルだそうです。夜は、予約をすればキジのフルコースが食べられます。キジを堪能するなら夜だそうです。
喉かな風景に癒されつつ頂くご飯は格別です。
It is a restaurant that is particular about pheasants in the mountain village of Kihoku Town. The owner's grandmother's house has been renovated, so at first glance it's just an old house. Maybe you'll overlook it if you're not careful. However, when you enter the store, you will be greeted by a splendid beam and a stylish space.
There are 4 types of lunch menu. All of them use pheasants from Kihoku Town. I got a hamburger steak. It's not juicy, probably because it's pheasant meat, but it goes well with the sauce and was delicious. The ponzu used as a dressing is said to be this original. In the evening, you can eat a full-course meal of pheasant if you make a reservation. If you want to enjoy pheasants, it's night.
The rice you get while being healed by the throaty scenery is exceptional.
