★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 大正ロマンを感じるレトロなポスターや小物が置かれた素敵な雰囲気の中華料理屋さんです。料理はどれを食べても間違いありません。誰にでもオススメできます。先日お邪魔した時にいただいた酸梅湯（ドリンク）も美味でした。
 It is a Chinese restaurant with a nice atmosphere with retro posters and accessories that feel the Taisho romance. There is no doubt which food you eat. I can recommend it to anyone. The sour bath (drink) we received the other day was also delicious.

小松菜の香りとサクサク感がとてもよかった。豚肉も片栗粉か小麦粉がまぶしてあってなめらかで柔らかい。
麺は中細のストレートで、茹で加減は少し柔らかめでした。
醬油スープは、さっぱりしていて、私の好きなタイプです。
お店の建物は、古材を利用されています。床が板張りでピカピカに清掃されています。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 大正と言うよりは昭和テイスト満載のお店ですね。近くには「まゆ」さんや「弥平」さんもあり、激戦区にある中華屋さんです。時間が遅かったせいか先客１名。昼間っからビールを飲みながらランチしていました。羨ましい... 横目で見ながらメニューをじっくりと見ます。麺類もいいけど、お腹が空いていたので、ご飯ものに絞ります。カニチャーハンから順番に見ていくと「豚肉細切りの餡かけご飯 780円」に吸い込まれました。これに決定です。5分ほど待つと来ました、湯気をあげながら熱々の餡かけご飯。まずは白米を一口。ふっくらと炊けていて、甘みともっちり感もいい感じです。豚肉を口に含むと、熱い！でも美味しい。口の中をやけどしそうになりながら、ホフホフと食べていくと、一気に体温が上がります。スープもいい塩梅であっという間に完食です。
次回は麺類を試したいです。

If you eat with Hoffhoff while you are about to burn your mouth, your body temperature will rise at once. The soup is also good salt plum and it is completed in no time.
Next time I want to try noodles.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 駐車場は店前３台と裏にあるようです。アマビエ登録有り。４人掛けテーブル6卓、クリア仕切り版無し？アルコール消毒液は入り口と各テーブルにナプキン有り。ランチタイムはラーメン、ご飯ものとランチセット３種である。ぷりぷり海老かた焼きそばを食べてみた。旨し〜えてして味の素が強かったり、塩辛いもの、油まみれとはずれると悲惨で！此処は、サッパリ系である。珍しいですね♪美味しく大盛りをいただきました♪

流れているBGMも昭和！(笑)
コロナ対策はバッチリ、入り口の除菌ジェルはもちろんのこと、各テーブルにも除菌シートが置かれています。
そして、このお店のウリはプリプリエビを使ったメニューではないでしょうか…。
口の中でぷりっと弾けるエビの食感と美味しさは癖になりそう。
この日はランチセットを食べたのですが、いつもよりちょっと塩分が強かったのが残念でした。
普段は美味しいです。
チャーハンは特にオススメかな。
お店の入り口に可愛らしいメダカが飼われていました。
