★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前来店した時は店員の接客も大変良くもう一度時間があれば来たいと思って来店しましたがありえないほど態度が悪かったです。もう2度ときたくありません。

受付の順番登録を済ませさんざん待たして放置しておかれ、
バイクに忘れ物したので、ちょっとその場を離れただけなのに、もう時間的に無理ですとわれた！
離れたのは17:00前後の５分程度。
戻ってからも更に放置しておいて、
17:20ごろになって、17時にいなかったからとかいわれました。
二度といかない！！
だったらその場を離れるなとかいておいてほしい！
時間の無駄。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 井荻店に関わらず、こちらのお店の口コミが少なく、あったとしてもあまり良い口コミがなかったので今まで来店を躊躇っていました。
ですが先日思い切って来店してみたところ、口コミに書かれているような事もなくスタッフの方も親切・丁寧。
使われてる薬剤についても詳しく説明してくれましたし、技術も安いから劣っているというような事もありませんでした。
カラーでの来店でしたが、担当してくれたスタッフの方はにこやかでお話しも楽しく、
かえってこんなに安くて申し訳ない思いでした。
たまたま私が来店した日は空いていたようで普段はもっと混んでいるとのこと。
きっと安さを維持するために客数をこなさなくてはいけないせいでスタッフの皆さんも余裕がなく、
そういった態度がチョキペタさんのお店全体の悪評に繋がっているのかもしれませんが、
このお値段でここまでしていただけるなら私は大満足でした。
仕上がりもキレイでしたよ。
これからも髪のメンテナンスに使わせていただきます。
お忙しいでしょうがスタッフの皆さん、頑張ってくださいね！

That kind of attitude may be linked to the bad reputation of Mr. Chokipeta's entire store,
I was very satisfied if I could do this far at this price.
The finish was also beautiful.
