★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 最悪です。ここで借りるのはやめておいたほうがいいです。契約時はよいのですが、住み始めて何かあったとき対応最悪です。直しにいくのは金がかかる、壊れてから言え、ぐちぐち言うな、だそうです。
It's the worst. You should stop renting here. It's good when you sign a contract, but it is the worst response when something happens after you start living. It seems that it takes money to fix it, you can say it after it breaks, don't whine.

一見無愛想なのでとっつきにくいのですが、親身に相談に乗ってくれて、物件の良し悪しをはっきり教えてくれます。人当たりがいいだけで、自分の都合のいい物件をゴリ押しする営業マンより余程頼りになります。
A sincere president.
At first glance, it's unfriendly, so it's hard to get along with it, but he kindly consults with me and tells me clearly whether the property is good or bad. It's just a good person, and it's much more reliable than a sales person who pushes the property that is convenient for him.

契約できないと言われたのはいいが納得いく説明すらされない始末

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店主？のやる気がない。いらっしゃいませもない。「何しに来たの？」って顔でお出迎え。賃貸を扱っているのに「うちは販売メインだから」と一言。こっちは敬語なのに何故かタメ口。何様なんだろう？気分が悪くなりたくないなら行かない方がいい。
Shopkeeper? Not motivated. No need to come. "Where did you come?" One word says, "We are the main seller," even though we handle rentals. This is a honorific word for some reason. What is it? If you don't want to feel sick, don't go.
