At the butcher shop here, beef and lamb are delicious for me. The price is different for each person! ️

ショーケースに入っておらず、店主が裏で裁断するため、肉の質がわからず購入後に自分の想像と違う肉質がでてくる。カルビとは思えない赤身の少なさで本当にがっかり。
せめて目の前で肉質を選ばせてくれれば購入後の不満は減ると思う。
数年前も同じことがあり、今回も同じことがあったので、二度と使わない。
I don't know if it's limited to kalbi, but the hits and misses are very large.
Since it is not in the showcase and the shop owner cuts it behind the scenes, the quality of the meat is unknown and the meat quality is different from what I imagined after purchase. I'm really disappointed with the lack of lean meat that I can't think of as ribs.
I think that if you let me choose the meat quality in front of you at least, the dissatisfaction after purchase will decrease.
The same thing happened a few years ago, and this time it happened, so I won't use it again.
