★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 専用Pには清潔な水洗トイレがあり助かる。川のほとりを少し歩き、水道施設の所から登山道に入るが、そこはかなり急で景色も望めない。それより林道を少し歩き藤井川源流を見ながら弛み峠に登るコースの方が程よい運動になり楽しい。焼山や鶏足山からは宇都宮方面、日光や那須の山々、遠く八ヶ岳や浅間山、運がよければ富士山も見える。年配の方々の人気が高くPは平日でも満車になることがある。春のみつまたは有名で満開は一見の価値あり!
 Dedicated P has a clean flush toilet, which is helpful. I walked a little along the banks of the river and entered the mountain trail from the water supply facility, but it was quite steep and I couldn't see the scenery. Rather, it is more fun to walk a little along the forest road and climb the slack pass while watching the headwaters of the Fujii River. From Mt. Yaki and Mt. Chicken feet, you can see the direction of Utsunomiya, the mountains of Nikko and Nasu, Mt. Yatsugatake and Mt. Asama in the distance, and Mt. Fuji if you are lucky. Elderly people are very popular and P may be full even on weekdays. Spring Mitsu or famous and in full bloom is worth a visit!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 日曜日の午前８時，駐車場には５台ほどの車が駐車していた。水戸，宇都宮ナンバーがほとんどだった。
綺麗な水洗トイレで用事を済ませて，さあ出発。2組の登山スタイルの人たちの後について歩く。
登山口から急な登山道が続く。15分ほど歩いて休憩，視界が開けてきた。
それからまた山を登ると，30分ほどで鶏足山山頂へ着く。展望台があると言うので，10分ほどで到着。なるほど絶景がそこにはあった。
About 5 cars were parked in the parking lot at 8 am on Sunday. Most of them were Mito and Utsunomiya numbers.
After finishing the work in a clean flush toilet, let's start. Walk after two sets of mountaineering style people.
A steep mountain trail continues from the mountain trail. I walked for about 15 minutes, took a break, and my view opened.
Then, if you climb the mountain again, you will reach the summit of Mt. Chicken Feet in about 30 minutes. It takes about 10 minutes to arrive because there is an observatory. I see, there was a magnificent view there.

見晴らし台からの景色は絶景です。
You can run vertically from Akazawafuji → Chicken Feet Mountain → Yakimoriyama.
The view from the gazebo is superb.

地元の方達に感謝です。
3月中旬はミツマタの群生地へ向かう登山者が多いです。
岩場よりも、土の登山道という感じですので、ストックがあると歩きやすいかなと感じました。

It's more like a mountain climbing road than a rocky place, so I felt it would be easier to walk if there was stock.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 地元の方がこれでもかと言うくらい親切に登山道整備をしてくれています。その方々のためだけに星を５付けました。
しかし、登山でありながら「ミツマタ観賞」のためにお金を取ろうとする自治体の姿勢には首をかしげます。自分は登山
が好きなのであって、花はおまけであるし、もっと素晴らしい景色を魅せてくれる無料の場所は多々あるからです。
栃木百名山の本のルート「下小貫（茂木のたまご）+焼森山+鶏足山+鶏岩」までのピストンで、二時間程度です。鎖場やザレ場などの危険箇所はありません。
The locals are kind enough to maintain the mountain trails. I gave 5 stars just for those people.
However, I am struck by the attitude of the local government to take money for "watching Mitsumata" while climbing a mountain. I am climbing
Because I like flowers, flowers are a bonus, and there are many free places that offer even more spectacular views.
It takes about two hours with a piston to the route of the 100 famous mountains of Tochigi, "Shimo Onuki (Motegi Tamago) + Yakimoriyama + Chicken Feet Mountain + Chicken Rock". There are no dangerous spots such as chains or rough spots.

午前中なら11時過ぎに行けば、朝早く行った方が帰ってくるので駐車できるかも。
路肩にも車並んでます。
低山ながら見晴らしがとても良くて、サクッと登れて楽しい山です。
山頂にもう少しテーブルや椅子が設置されたらなあ、、、座るところは少ないです。
It is a popular hiking course that is full on Saturdays and Sundays.
If you go after 11 o'clock in the morning, you may be able to park because the person who went early in the morning will come back.
Cars are lined up on the shoulder.
Although it is a low mountain, it has a very good view, and it is a fun mountain to climb quickly.
I wish there were a few more tables and chairs on the top of the mountain ... There aren't many places to sit.

Also, every January 14 around 10AM there's a Buddhist ceremony held at the peak's tiny shrine (photographed here).
