★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 友人がこちらをインスタグラムに投稿し、絶賛していたので気になっていってみました！お味噌作りの説明に参加させていただきました。実際にお味噌を作っている場所も、窓越しに見学しました。
スタッフ様は大変丁寧に説明してくださり、ありがたかったです。またコロナでマスクをしていてもしっかりとわかりやすく伝えよう！という思いがあるからか、小型のマイクをつけてお話されていたので、とても聞き取りやすくてよかったです。
併設されているお店でランチをいただきました。私はカレー（添付した写真）、母は定食を食べ、どちらもおいしかったです。また店頭で販売されている「ゆず入りのお豆腐」をあわせていただき、こちらもさっぱりと自然と味でよかったです。またお水が天然水でまろやかでとてもよかったです。
お土産は友人が「お漬物もおいしい」と言っていたので、ごぼうのお漬物、生姜のお漬物を購入しました。お醤油とお味噌を買いそびれたので、それはヤマキ醸造のネット通販サイトから購入します。ポン酢も気になります！
豆乳のソフトクリームもおいしかったです。（とにかく何でもおいしい(笑)）
このような伝統を守り、すばらしい品物を販売するお店が、今後も永続するよう祈るばかりです✨ありがとうございました。
My friend posted this on Instagram and praised it so I was curious! I participated in the explanation of making miso. I also visited the place where miso is actually made through the window.
The staff was very polite and thankful for the explanation. Also, even if you are wearing a mask with a corona, let's convey it firmly and clearly! Perhaps because I was talking with a small microphone, I'm glad it was very easy to hear.
I had lunch at the attached shop. I had curry (attached photo) and my mother had a set meal, both of which were delicious. In addition, I had you add "tofu with yuzu" sold at the store, and it was nice to have a refreshing and natural taste. Also, the water was natural and mellow, which was very nice.
As for souvenirs, my friend said that "pickles are delicious", so I bought burdock pickles and ginger pickles. I missed buying soy sauce and miso, so I will buy it from Yamaki Brewery's online shopping site. I'm also interested in ponzu sauce!
The soy milk soft serve was also delicious. (Anyway, everything is delicious (laughs))
I just pray that the stores that keep this tradition and sell wonderful products will continue to exist. Thank you.
