柳	柳宿 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 松本に遊びに行きそちらでお世話になった旅館で出されたお味噌汁が美味しくて、どこのお味噌を使っているのかお聞きした所、こちらの丸正醸造さんのお味噌とお聞きしてお邪魔しました。お店を訪れると色々な種類のお味噌が樽に入っていて、流石醸造元さんだなと思いました。店内を見ていると、おかみさんらしき方が「こちらへお座りになって」とお茶を出してくださいました。その際出してくださった手作りの梅のお茶受けがとても美味しかったです。旅館でどんな種類のお味噌を使っているのか聞いてくるのを忘れてしまったので〇〇旅館さんが使われているお味噌が欲しいのですが…とお聞きしたら、事務員さんが調べてくださって丁寧に説明してくださいました。 100グラム単位で購入できるとの事だったので 2種類のお味噌を量り売りで購入しました。先ほどのおかみさんとも色々とお話しさせて頂きＪリーグのFC山雅の応援もしている様で協賛のうちわも頂きました。地元の常連さんも沢山訪れていて、地元の方々に愛され、地元もとても愛していらっしゃる事が伝わってきました。帰り際に、おかみさんがこのおせんべい美味しいのよ。車の中でお食べなさい。と商品のお味噌せんべいをくださってお礼を言ってお店を出ました。また松本を訪れた際は、こちらの丸正醸造さんにお邪魔したいです。 I went to Matsumoto to play and the miso soup served at the inn that was taken care of there was delicious, and when I asked what kind of miso I was using, I heard that it was Marusho Brewery's miso and it bothered me.
