運転手の運転がとても荒くも見えます。
レベルが低すぎます、人を乗せてるっていう意識はありますか？意識レベルの低さが丸見えです。

安心できない。
時刻表の時間に来ない❗️
最低５分は遅れるのが常態化している。
改善はしないようです。

過去に従業員がストライキ起こしてるようなので労働環境が悪いせいかドライバー質はかなり下です。
一回驚いたのがヒラキバ？とかいう白毛のおじいさんとガムクッチャクッチャ言わせながら運転してるし、常に小声でブツブツ言ってて正直気持ち悪いです。
また、バス停で待っていても基本的にとおりすぎることが多い
高速バス系列の対応が特にひどいので運転手の態度を全く気にしない方は乗るといいと思います。

多聞東小学校前経由学園都市駅行のバスの早発が多すぎて極力乗りたくない。
1時間歩くような距離でも歩く方が断然マシだと思うので基本乗らなくなった。
が、どうしても乗らないと行けない状況になり、いざバス停に行けば平気で早発してる。
他の系統はそこまで酷くないしあえて言うなら遅れるくらい(全然許容できる）
ネタにも使えないレベルで鬱憤の溜まるバス会社です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 毎日良く利用します運転士の対応が親切な人も居れば時には愛想が悪くてバンバン飛ばす人もいて正にジェットコースターに乗っているかの様な感じであまりお客様の対応が改善出来てないですね 昨年度より神戸市バスと共同営業所となり西神や垂水落合から転属された車両が入っており また山陽バスの新車にて非常ブレーキが付いた車種も導入されています 古い車を除籍となる中入れ替えだけでもかなり苦労するなぁと思います
