N	N Y on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 8/1にオープンしたばかり。何代かラーメン屋が入っている場所にできました。駐車場は６台ぐらいで、中はカウンター10席ぐらいとテーブルが１席。14時ぐらいに行ったからか、他にお客さんはいませんでした。台湾まぜそばと、売りになっている唐揚げを注文。先に唐揚げが運ばれてきましたが、まぁカリッとはしていましたが、普通な感じです。台湾まぜそばは、角切りチャーシュートッピングにしましたが、食べ応え十分。もう少しチャーシューが柔らかいと食べやすいかも。辛さは、てっぺん＞こころ＞はなびという感じ。味付けは平均的って感じで、特徴をあまり感じませんでした。ただ、店員さんは丁寧な接客だったし、知多近辺にはまぜそば専門店が少ないので、ぜひ続いて欲しいお店だなと思いました。 Just opened on August 1st.
