さくら接骨院さんでストレッチの方法や生活習慣のことも教えていただけ、できることから生活を変えていき随分身体が楽になりました。
一番近かったのでここを選びましたが、信頼ができる接骨院が見つかってよかったです。

日に日に身体も楽になり助かっています。

もともと自分以外の家族全員が健康維持(自然治癒力UP・免疫力UP)の為に別院のカイロプラクティックに定期的に通っています。
初めは私もそちらに伺うつもりでいましたが、そちらは基本的に骨を触るだけなので、筋肉の強張りも有る私にはちょっと物足りないのでは？と思い、色々探してこちらの『さくら整骨院』さんに決めました。
院の雰囲気はとても良いと思います。スタッフの皆さんも穏やかで気さくな方ばかりだと思います。
手技は勿論、プロテクノエグゼがとても気持ち良く、私にはあっていると思い直ぐに回数券を購入しました。
通い始めて3ヶ月程経ち腰痛もかなり改善されて来ましたが、今後の事も考えてしばらくお世話になろうと思ってます(ズボラな私には寝ながら筋トレ出来るのが一番嬉しい)
痛みの改善はもちろん先の健康のを考える方にお勧め出来る整骨院だと思います。
