リーブナブルで盛りだくさんです。
注文を受けてから作り始めるようなので時間がかかります。
お酒でも飲んてゆっくり待ちましょう。
I think that the store stance (appearance) has lost a lot.
It is leaveable and plentiful.
It takes time because it seems to start making after receiving an order.

麺は自家製麺。食感が良かったです。
具材は豚肉、白菜、キャベツ、人参、玉葱、ニラ、キクラゲで構成。
豚肉は肩ロースの部分で弾力がありました。
白菜やキャベツは大きくカットされてました。
野菜の量はかなり多かったです。
モヤシが入ってないのが珍しいですね〜
スープは塩味。
出汁は鶏ガラ、香味野菜に魚介出汁？？？
味に深みがあり、ほんのりとニンニクを利かせる感じでした。
町中華とは違った作りのタンメンでしたが美味しかったです。
接客は非常に丁寧。煙草は喫煙可。
ご馳走様でした！！

Pork was elastic in the shoulder loin.
Chinese cabbage and cabbage were cut big.
The amount of vegetables was quite large.
It's rare that there is no bean sprouts~
The soup is salty.
Is the dashi stock chicken, spicy vegetables, or seafood dashi? ? ?
There was a deep taste, and it was a touch of garlic.
The tanmen was made differently from the Chinese food, but it was delicious.
The customer service is very polite. Smoking is allowed.
It was a treat! !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 外観がごちゃっといていますが、中は普通です。女将さんも親切です。お蕎麦から中華までやっています。味はおいしいですし、お安めでコスパいいです。
The appearance is messy, but the inside is normal. The landlady is also kind. We do everything from soba to Chinese food. The taste is delicious, cheap and cospa is good.

ボリューム多くて、食べきれるかな？って思ったけど、なんとかペロリと平らげました。店側赤字じゃないかな。
また行きます。
