★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 美味&ボリューミー。ランチも良いですが、アラカルトも豊富なので夜お酒をチビチビ飲みながら晩酌するのが個人的至福です。
 Delicious & volume. Lunch is good, but since there is plenty of à la carte, it is personal bliss to have a drink while having a drink at night.

お蕎麦屋さんですがタンメンなどの中華系のメニュー表も置いて有ります。
麺はヤワヤワ仕様。
西新井大師の参拝客仕様？？？
具材は豚肉・白菜・キャベツ・モヤシ・人参・長ネギで構成。
炒め要素は無くてほぼスープで煮て作られる感じでした。
肉は少なめだが野菜が多いです。
スープは塩味。
出汁は鶏ガラ中心だが旨味成分は十分に感じられる。
化調、液体油は抑えられてアッサリとした作りでした。
付け合わせのお新香が絶妙な箸休めになりました。
値段はやや高めだが、接客は丁寧で居心地の良さのある店内でした。
次回は「カレーラーメン」を食べてみたいですね〜

The soup is salty.
The soup stock is mainly chicken, but you can feel the umami ingredients.
The chemical tone and liquid oil were suppressed and it was made assassin.
The incense of the garnish is an exquisite chopstick rest.
The price was a bit high, but the customer service was very polite and comfortable.
Next time I want to eat "curry ramen" ~

あと中華メニューが素晴らしい、そこら辺のラーメン屋は相手にならない位旨い、もやしラーメンと味噌ラーメンは素晴らしいボリュームと味ですね、超お薦め‼️

Also, the Chinese menu is wonderful, the ramen shops around there are so delicious that you can not match it, the bean sprout ramen and miso ramen have a wonderful volume and taste, I highly recommend it! ️

普段は居るらしいママさんは居らず、ヘルプで来た方がいたけど対応が雑でスロー。注文も、来るタイミングも間違えたかな。
The soba noodle soup was also unpleasant.
