G	Gen ; on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 最低最悪の楽器屋。 25万近くするアコギをこんな状態で送ってくる店です。素人以下のレベルのリペアマンと提携している。とにかくギターが可哀想で仕方ない。事前にチェックをお願いしていたのに、見つけられず出荷する店長も大概。トラスロッド残など、依頼していた確認事項も連絡なし。それについては謝罪すらなかった。終始言い訳がましく、私の言葉もクレーマー程度にしか受け取ってないように感じました。こんなに不快なのは初めてです。こちらは中古しか取り扱ってないそうですね。島村で初めて中古を取り扱い始めた店舗だとか。聞いて呆れますね。。その杜撰なリペアマンがリペアした商品が並んでるってことでしょう？楽器愛も職人としてのプライドもない。しまいめにはベテランのリペアマンらしいですよ。二度と楽器に触れるなと言いたい。大好きな音楽に携わってる人にこんな酷い人がいるなんて。怒りも通り越して虚しいですよ。本当は星1もくれてやりたくない。最後の店長の電話対応がまともならこんなの書こうと思ってませんでした。二度とこんなこと起こさないでください。何度何度も言ってますが、楽器が可哀想です。 The worst and worst musical instrument store.
