(It's speculation, but the shape of the main body, the shape of the module, and the number of tones are exactly the same.) I think it's better not to buy various suspicious and original brand products.
S	Sacchimo K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ オンラインでこちらの店舗から50万円のコンデンサーマイクを買いました。マイクをマイクスタンドに装着するためのネジを紛失したため、ネジの品番を聞くためにこちらの店舗に電話をかけました。こちらでマイクを買った時の注文番号と私の携帯番号を伝え、「もともとマイクに付属していたネジが欲しいのでどのネジなのかを調べて折り返してください」と電話を切りましたが、いつまでたっても電話がかかって来ないのでこちらから再度電話をかけました。電話先からは「営業時間外です」と言うアナウンスが流れてきました。ちょうど営業時間を2分ほど過ぎた時でした。翌日かかってくるかと思っていましたが、その後も電話はかかってきませんでした。こんなにアフターケアの対応が悪いところでマイクを購入したのかとがっかりしました。その後いろんな楽器屋さんに問い合わせをしましたが、新宿の山野楽器ロックインさんで丁寧に調べてくださり解決しました。これからはこちらの店舗では機材は買いません。とても残念です。 I bought a 500,000 yen condenser microphone online from this store. I lost the screw to attach the microphone to the mic stand, so I called this store to find out the screw part number. I told him the order number when I bought the microphone and my mobile number, and hung up saying, "I want the screw that originally came with the microphone, so please check which screw it is and call it back." I didn't get a call, so I called again from here. I heard an announcement from the phone that said, "It's out of business hours." It was just about two minutes after business hours. I was wondering if it would come the next day, but I didn't get a call after that. I was disappointed that I bought a microphone in a place where aftercare was not so good. After that, I made inquiries to various musical instrument stores, but Yamano Musical Instrument Lock-in in Shinjuku carefully investigated and solved the problem. From now on, I will not buy equipment at this store. It is very disappointing.

The if you do return they give you the Spanish Inquisition like you've done something wrong and even then they'll only refund you 70% of your item. Thanks for nothing! I guess the customer isn't "God" in Japan. They're actually scum.

M	Michael Bidzos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beware. Really terrible service-- ordered 2 pretty pricey speaker stands and didn't realize each box already contained 2, so I asked how to return one of them. I had not even opened the box. Answer was (quite rudely) "we don't accept returns when the buyer made the mistake". Won't make another one by ordering from here.
