★ ★ ★ ★ ★ アメリカ合衆国ミシガン州 バトルクリーク市、ブラジル連邦共和国サンパウロ州 サントアンドレ市、中華人民共和国河北省 承徳市、チェコ共和国 プルゼニ市との姉妹都市提携を記念した碑がある公園です。
以前はテニスコートがありました。
現在は旧高崎城址の堀に囲まれ、堀の土塁は木々により緑にあふれており、公園内も木とベンチ、そして水場が設置された憩いの場となっています。
春は桜が綺麗です！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 姉妹都市記念と 云われても、何処の国との提携なのか説明すら無い為、どうでも良いと言うか、全く興味の涌かないスポットの1つと言えそうですね?。
Even if it is called a sister city memorial, it doesn't even explain which country it is affiliated with, so it doesn't matter, it seems to be one of the spots that I'm not interested in at all ?.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 意外と知られていない穴場的な公園。春の桜の時期以外は人気がなくひっそりとしてますね。ただ映画撮影なども頻繁に行われているようで散歩コースに組み込めば意外な有名人に会えるかも。
