オープン後の到着だから、駐車場難民が数台。予想通り。
27番目。呼び出し機器を受け取り、敷地内で待っててと。
皆さん車内で待機中。
テイクアウトは既に終了しているので、前日までの予約かな。
13時に呼び出し。予想通りの待ち時間。
コロナで2人掛けのテーブルは、くっつけて4人掛けに。席数減らしてる。
アルコールの提供は中止している。
*うな重並 2750円(税込)
*白焼き大 2650円
相変わらずコスパいいな。
だから人気なのもある。
白焼きは大にして正解!
身が厚くてふっくら脂も程よい。
皮はパリッと焼かれている。
わさびと塩で食べるとめっちゃウマ‼︎
鰻の肉質だとか脂とか、そのものの味が分かるからいいよね。
生ビール飲みたくなるよね。
うな重は、タレはあっさりしていて、鰻自体の味も分かるくらい。
なので、山椒も鰻に掛けず、ご飯に。
白焼きの大よりは身の厚さが若干少ないので、厚みを感じたい人は上がおススメ。
私と主人はお腹いっぱいになっちゃうので並にしたけどこれも正解。
半分食べたところで、お腹が満たされたくらい。
あっさり美味しいから、途中でおしんこも食べず、お吸い物も飲まず、一気に食べちゃった。
肝吸いなのも嬉しい!
おしんこはあんまりクセのない糠漬けかな。
隣のおばあちゃんが食べ残したものを持って帰りたいと、透明のパックをもらってた。
持ち帰り出来るんだね。
なら、ジャンボ丼にすればよかったな。

うなぎが1.5匹乗ったジャンボ丼を、さらにご飯大盛りにして4550円。空腹に任せた無謀な注文により、楽しいはずのランチタイムが、気づけばフードファイトになりました(泣)。
昔から変わらないすごいボリューム感、皮パリパリで美味しいけど、ゆったり食事を楽しむならジャンボの大盛りは止めたほうがいいです(笑)。
ご馳走さまでした。また来ますね!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 平日のお昼でしたが、それでも1時間待ちでした。ジャンボ丼は大ぶりの鰻が3切れ入って、これで4400円は破格!大ぶりなので小骨にご注意下さいとありましたが、全く気になりませんでした。タレも少し甘めで好み。
ただ待ち時間が…お店に着いたのは13時前、食べ終えた頃には15時を回っていました。

並ぶとは聞いていましたが、開店前から沢山の人と駐車場も車でいっぱいでした。駐車場までの道のりが個人的にはわかりにくく(看板は出してくれていましたが)対向出来ないくらい狭い道と、S字カーブになっていましたので大きい車は大丈夫なのかな?って感じでした。
平日でしたが開店5分前に着いて一巡目には入れず。
ただ、車で待機できるようにフードコートでよく渡されるようなベルを持たせてくれます。なので、外で待つ必要がないのはありがたかったです。
うなぎはおすすめのジャンボ丼を頼みました。
肉厚なウナギが3枚も入っていてかなり食べ応えがあります。
味も、中はふわふわで皮目はパリッとしていてタレもしっかり絡んでいておいしかったです。
平日はランチなどもあり、色々選べていいとおもいま
す。

4人テーブル✕3、座敷4テーブルくらい、カウンターに数人くらいの店舗です。
2750円のうな重をいただきました。上と悩みましたが並です。
どう違うか聞いたらうなぎの大きさ、脂のノリなど違うそうです。
来てみるとわぁっていう大きさでした。
お味はしょっぱめ、懐かしいお味(?)
肝のお吸い物、いいお味、でお漬物は手をかけているって感じ、手作りなんだろうなあ。
このお店の良さを感じました。
きれいなお店ですし、もちろんコロナ対策もしっかりやってあり、安心して訪れることのできるお店でした。ごちそうさまでした。

店内は清潔で奥間は南の陽光が入り暖かく明るいです。
さて鰻ですが、焼き加減がとてもよく鰻の脂も焼き加減で上手に調整しており、肝水と合わせてとても美味しく頂きました。
機会が有ればもう一度立ち寄りたいですね。
