購入した時(親同伴)は笑顔で丁寧な接客でしたが、一人で点検に行くといらっしゃいませも、どうされましたかの一言も無し。
自分から近くまで行ってあの、すみません。と声をかけてやっと目が合いました。
そのあと笑顔も無し、なんか怖かったです。
後洗車してくれるのはありがたいですが、
ちゃんと拭いてくれていなかった為か窓ガラスや車体全体に乾いた白い水シミが大量に…。もちろん点検の前はそんなシミありませんでした。その時に言おうと思ったのですが初めの対応が悪く話もしたくなかったので
その後自分で洗車してやっかいな水シミを手が痛くなる程拭いて取りました。もう二度と頼みたく無いです。凄い腹が立ちました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 皆さんのコメント通り、まず入店時に挨拶ご無い。カウンターまで行き、こっちから声をかけて対応。軽四で車検代が20万。整備だけして、車検はユーザーでしますと言うと、頭ごなしに余り値段が変わらないと言うてくる。法定費用で3万ぐらいで済むので、いつもユーザー車検です。どんだけ代行手数料とるのかな？何回も車検の度に、車検は是非ウチでと頼まれるし。毎回、20万も払ってられない。しかも、点検でバッテリーが弱ってるから、交換推奨と云われ、そのままで半年後の点検では異常無しと。ん？チャンと診てる?中和幹線の店舗では、何処も異常無しと。今は、中和幹線橿原店でお世話になってます。長文失礼します。

車も見れるし、店員さんも笑顔が素敵だし、良いお店です！

1時間半たっても終わらず。
やっと終わったのが1時間45分ほど後。
しかも何事も無かったかのように
普通に接客されて終わった。
せめて一言、あればなー。

And as if nothing had happened
It ended with normal customer service.

一応、話は聞きましたが、よくわからないオプションをたくさん付けてきます。
特に車の知識のない方はこのようは不誠実なお店は避けるのが無難でしょう。
