担当でないスタッフのみなさまも挨拶をしてくれて、非常に気持ちがいいお店です。

香芝店の方が近いのですが試乗車が欲しい色ではなかったので、橿原店に行ったのですがチャイルドシートをつけた時の車内のスペースを来店した時に確認してなかったので電話で教えてもらおうと電話したところ、実際に付けた方がいいので行きますと言っていただき、家は少し遠くしかもトヨタと迷っておりトヨタの方が購入する可能性が高いので、わざわざ来ていただくのは申し訳ないと、断っても大丈夫ですという事で来ていただきました。
結局サイズ的にトヨタの方が良かったのでトヨタを買ったのですが、その事をお伝えしても、最後までいい対応をしていただき、ありがたかったです。

私は2人の友人にこのお店を紹介しました。
２人ともスバルでなく、ホンダやBMWが欲しいという感じでしたが二人ともインプレッサとレヴォーグを契約しました。
その後も対応はすごくいいと伺っています。
そんな私も最初はマツダが欲しいと思っていましたがここにきて
変わりました。それほど、いいお店です。
加えてスバル車はすごく足元がしっかりして、気持ちいい走りです。
買う時もコスパがいいし、デザインも洗練されています。
一生に一度はスバルに乗った方がいいですね。
是非、お勧めします。

不要請求が含まれた 見積書 が届きました。
それには担当営業マンの名前が書かれていたのですが、問い合わせすると「事務の女の子が私の名前で送った」と釈明しました。
「それは完成品検査とやってること同じじゃないの？」と 問い正すと しどろもどろになっていました 。
それが本当ならスバルは そういう体質で、救いようのない会社です。
営業マンの嘘なら、今まで築いた関係性はなくなります。
何れにしてもスバルさんとの信頼は、無くなってしまいました。
