共に交通量が多いので入るのに時間がかかり出にくい。
1Fホームセンターは品揃え豊富です。
DIY部材ならドイト。それ以外はココで揃えています。
 There are two parking lot entrances. Tokorozawa Highway and the road on the west side.
Both of them have a lot of traffic, so it takes time to enter and it is difficult to get out.
The 1st floor home center has a wide selection of products.
Doit for DIY materials. Other than that, it is available here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 上階に駐車場があり無料。館内にはモスバーガーが入っていてテイクアウトも出来る。又、喫茶コーナーも有り自販機も複数設置されている。家具インテリアの他日用品や園芸品売り場が有り大概の物は購入出来る。食料品売り場でカートを利用するには100円かかる。(売り場を出る時に払い戻される)
There is a parking lot on the upper floor and it is free. There is Mos Burger in the hall and you can take out. There is also a coffee shop and multiple vending machines are installed. In addition to furniture and interiors, there are daily necessities and gardening departments where you can purchase most items. It costs 100 yen to use the cart at the grocery store. (Refunded when leaving the sales floor)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お値段以上のニトリに合併されたようです。1階の一部はロピアというスーパーになってます。周辺の道路が狭いので土日は渋滞します！
It seems that it was merged with Nitori, which is more than the price. Part of the first floor is a supermarket called Lopia. The surrounding roads are narrow, so there will be heavy traffic on Saturdays and Sundays!

ダイソーやロピアなども入っていて、家具、小物や食品など一通り欲しいものが揃います。
買わなくても歩いてるだけで楽しい。
モスバーガーも入っているし、道路挟んだ真向かいには丸亀製麺もあります。
最後にペットショップに寄ってチンチラやうさぎを見るのが私達の楽しみです。
It's very wide.

It's fun just walking without buying.
There is also Mos Burger, and Marugame Seimen is just across the road.

We can stride wide-floors freely without being annoyed by someone.
I love here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service time after time. Out-of-stock? Ask and they will call you when it comes in. Need a soda water canister? Ask at the counter.
The staff is not always walking around the floor, but the front desk always has 2 people to help and call other for assistance.
Free truck "rental": If you buy furniture you can borrow the small pick-up truck and drive your items home free of charge. Return the truck and keys to the same parking spot and go on your way.
MOS burger in the building and 2 restaurants across the street.
Parking: There are 2 floors of covered free parking and from the rooftop parking you can see Mt. Fuji beautifully on a clear day.
Downside: the exits of the parking lot lead to the same road and the traffic lights are poorly timed, making you sit through 4 red lights just to get onto the main road.
