広島市の西隣廿日市市の四季が丘団地は２９歳
１０年前をピークに人口の減少が始まりました
団地の人口が減るとさらなる問題が
（藤田さん）ハハハ…。
美容院さんクリーニング屋さん。
向こう側は花屋さんから薬屋さんとかいろいろあったんですけど撤退されてしまった。
そこに…。
やっぱりそれは自分…。
５年前に団地唯一のスーパーも撤退しました
若い世代が車で郊外の商業施設に行くようになったのも理由の一つです
町内会は去年コンビニエンスストアを誘致する計画を立ち上げ募金を呼び掛けました
広島市が団地から離れたいという住民に行った意識調査
一番の理由は買い物の不便さです
団地が老いるということ
人が減れば買い物施設などは撤退して行きます
そうなれば暮らしは不便になります
そして人口減少がさらに進みます
