もっと分かりやすいよう、外にも有料と表記してほしい。
また、一日(朝9:00〜20:00)まで自転車を置いておくつもりが、帰ってきた頃には閉店しており自転車はシャッターの中(ちなみに自転車は外に止めましたが中に入れられており)。取り出せませんでした。仕方なくその日は徒歩30分かけて帰宅。
次の日、朝方料金を払いに行ったら「2日分です」と。ん？1日しか止めてないのですが？？
抗議しましたが、止めた時から数えて今日が2日目だから2日分だと、断固として受け入れてもらえず。まぁ確かに24時間以上経ってはいますが午後8時にシャッターが閉まっているとは普通思わないでしょ、閉店時間の記載もないのに…。
これ以上揉めるのも時間の無駄なのでしぶしぶ2日分360円お支払いしました。
開店、または閉店時間はいつですか？？
そういった細かい表記がなされていないのが不親切です。改善してください。
