管理人？のおじいさんの対応がありえません
①敬語が使えない
②以前利用されたお客さんの愚痴や個人情報を
ネタにして笑ってる
③火葬の事を、もうじき焼き上がるなどと言う
他にもありとあらゆる面で配慮がありませんでした
動物を完全にバカにしてます
こんなとこで、大切な家族の最後が関わった事を
悔やんでも悔やみきれないです。
