東京で食べたら何倍のしそうなメニュー。
初めて行ったのに、シェフが挨拶におみえ下さいました。

初回にお伺いした時、ご予約時に私の苦手な物、食べる事ができない物を詳しくお伝えし、お料理を提供して頂きました。
その次からはお電話でご予約すれば私のお料理は初回に伝えた通りに苦手な物、食べる事ができない物ではないお料理を提供して頂いております。
しっかりと把握して頂いて事に嬉しく気分も良く快適にお食事を頂けました。
お料理は一品一品が丁重に創作されており味は勿論の事、視覚からも芸術作品として楽しむ事ができます。
前回の時は女性スタッフがお料理を持って来て頂きました。
その時にお料理の調理方法なども説明して貰い前日から準備をしたり、時間をかけて低温調理をしている事なども教えて貰い、初めて体験する食感であったり素材の旨味がしっかりと味わえる理由や、高価なお料理には必ずそれに対する価値がある物だと言う事も知る事ができました。
店内は綺麗でシンプルかつ高級感があり夜は昼間とは異なり同じ店内でも夜はシックな大人の雰囲気が漂いデートや記念日、特別な日にはパーフェクトなレストランだと私は思います。
店内のひと区画に高級感のあるバーカウンターが見えました。
4、5名が座る事が出来そうなプライベート感もありました。
カウンターではお任せの前菜などを頼みワインもご相談しながら頂く事ができるスペースなのでしょうか？
気になる空間のカウンターでした。

I also learned that the reason why you can taste it and that expensive dishes are definitely worth it.
The inside of the restaurant is beautiful, simple and luxurious, and unlike the daytime, the restaurant has a chic adult atmosphere at night, and I think it is a perfect restaurant for dates, anniversaries, and special occasions.
I saw a high-class bar counter in a section of the store.
There was also a sense of privacy that 4 or 5 people could sit on.
Is it a space where you can ask for an appetizer that you can leave at the counter and consult with us about wine?

味の繊細さと、見た目の美しさと
どちらも満足が高く
毎回期待を裏切りません。
今回もシェフがご挨拶にテーブルまで来て下さいましたが、１度目が１番丁寧で、2度目、今回と段々お座なりなご挨拶に感じてしまったのが少し残念です。
形式だけなら無くても良いかなと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 静岡駅から徒歩10分かからないくらいのところにあるフレンチレストラン。開業されて5,6年ですがまだ東京とかにはあんまり知られてないレストラン。でもなんとなく素晴らしいお店な気がして静岡行く用事のついでに立ち寄ってみました。
内装はほんのちょっとカジュアルめなテーブル席が並んでいるフレンチスタイル。
シェフとサービスの女性2人でやられているので圧迫感は全然ないです。お客さんいっぱい入ったら大変だろうな。
ランチのコースは2種類あって5000円のものをいただきました。
途中で野菜のポタージュ追加したので700円くらい上がってます。
メインの料理にトリュフ追加もできますしてないけど。それが1000円プラスくらいかな？
シェフはテリーヌの天才とも言われている実力派で、最初の1品目からテリーヌだったのですが確かにかなり美味しかった。
そして追加した野菜のポタージュも素晴らしかったです。パンが美味しかったのでそれと合わせても美味でした。
メインは宮崎県産の地鶏の胸肉。
鶏の胸肉だけどかなりジューシーに仕上げてあって火入れがすごいなぁとおもたよ。
デセールの、マロンアイスとバスクチーズケーキもめちゃ美味しかったです。
5品とパンとデザートで、飲み物入れて8000円くらいだったのでこれはお値打ちです。飲み物もグラス一杯の金額かと思ったらボトル全部注いでくれた。
食べ終わったら近くに座ってたマダムが僕らのことをめっちゃ褒めてくれました笑
日本も捨てたもんじゃないゆうてたw頑張りますw

I added a vegetable pottage on the way, so it costs about 700 yen.

The chef is a talented terrine genius, and although it was a terrine from the first item, it was certainly quite delicious.

The main meat is the breast of local chicken from Miyazaki prefecture.

The marron ice cream and Basque cheesecake from the dessert were also very delicious.
