お話ししているとシェフがお酒もお料理も本当に好きでこだわっているのが感じられます。なのでカウンターが絶対いい。
それにお料理めちゃくちゃ美味しいんです。
語彙力皆無で申し訳ないんですが、、、
めちゃくちゃ美味しいです。
前菜からデザートまでしっかり、季節を感じながら。
そこにまた合うワインもおすすめしてくれるのであまりお酒に詳しくなくても安心してお任せできます。
そして事前に予約したショートケーキがこれまた絶品で。ふわっとしっとりスポンジケーキにびっくりしました
体調が悪くずっと行けてないのですが、、、また少し特別な日に行きたいです。
お店の内装もとてもお洒落でセンスいいので、静岡市内のお気に入りのお店のひとつです。

コースの品数がたくさんあって、一つ一つ説明してくださり、珍しい食材は実際に見せながらお話してくださるので、より楽しく味わうことができました。
落ち着きのある店内と、シェフと店員さんの丁寧な接客、気遣いを感じて、とても良い記念日ディナーになりました。
