G	GUNHED (GUNHED) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 元所属警備員です。典型的なワンマンブラック企業ですね。但し「来るもの拒まず、去るもの追わず（但し例外あり）」な所があることだけが救いかもしれません。新規·現任教育はきっちりやりますが、遠方の教習施設に複数の支社の人員を集めたり、無駄に思えるような行進訓練をしたり、内容が毎回ほとんど変わらない等回を重ねるごとに復習以外の意味が無くなってきます。給与に関しては比較的普通ですが施設警備で昔から契約してるところだと一切の見直し等せずに継続してることがあるので「２０年前の契約地の最低賃金をベースにした契約内容のまま現場独自の付帯業務が山のように増えている」ってパターンが有りました。万年人手不足なので「健康は二の次で兎に角稼ぐ必要がある」って人には向いているかもしれません。（営業時に人員確保が難しいと分かっていても契約を取ってくるため）「社長の思い付き」をベースに事業展開をしようとする傾向（可能かどうかは二の次）が有るため必要スキルを持ってなくても人数合わせで反強制的に人員確保をする事があります。 I'm a former security guard.
