あ	あああ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 誕生日を祝う為来店。気になるお店で口コミ評価も高く期待していたが、電話で誕生日の名前の漢字をちゃんと説明したのに名前を間違えられていた。誕生日プレートを持ってくる際は、前のお皿を回収をしてくれないままプレートを運んでこられ、自分と誕生日の相手の方がお皿を避ける羽目に。終いにはデザート用スプーンなども食べ終わる際に、すみません忘れましたと持ってこられました。誕生日プレートに三心さんからの手紙が入っており、名前が記載されていたので、この方はどなた様が書かれたのかと聞いた方が、新人スタッフさんだったらしいが、入ったばかりでわかりません。と言われ、まだわからないかもしれないがもっと良い言い回しとかなかったのかな予約の際に、店側が苦手な食べ物、アレルギーなどないかと言ってくれたので、"相手の方が苦手"な食べ物があるとお伝えして了承してくれたのに、相手の方に苦手なものが入ったままで、自分の方には入ってないという、、料理も、運んでくる際に崩れたのか、崩れたままそのままテーブル置かれて、明らかに、あぁ運んで来る時に直さずに運んで来たんだなとわかる感じで持ってこられたのも配慮が出来ていない。ここはコース料理、見た目も売りですよね？写真を撮る方が多いのもわかりますよね？食事はコース料理にしては安いのにクオリティも高く美味しかったが、何もかもが、一つ一つ行き届いてないというか、ミスと配慮も出来ておらず、とても残念な気持ちになりました。なんでもない日ならまだ許せたが、特別な大切な日だったのでモヤモヤしました。何故こんなに評価されてるいるのかわかりません。別のお店を予約すればよかった。その日のモヤモヤした時間と食事代を返してほしい。別のお店を予約すれば良かったです。 Come to the store to celebrate your birthday. B	Bill Feng on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing Japanese dining experience! Liked them from the first moment to last. When we just entered, they took care of our coats and umbrellas. Then they informed us that without reservation they only have a table for 1 hour, but as soon as space opened up, they helped us move to another table where we had enough time for the course menu. The food was, without question, super delicious. Their selection of sake was super good as well. Loved it. They asked us if there’s anything like seafood or raw dishes that we don’t like, and they substituted those components with equally tasty dishes without compromising on quality. The service staff were super friendly and helpful, giving us recommendations along the way as we chose the dishes. Best of all, when we couldn’t finish all of our hot pot rice, they offered to make them into onigiri for us to take home! You rarely get this in Japan! In the end, with the ¥6,000 course for 2 people, and 2 servings of sake, it came down to about ¥15,000 after tax. A bit expensive but for the service and quality of food and drinks, I’d say it’s not expensive at all.
