こじんまりしたハコで、音響も悪くありませんが、下階のハコの音と振動が結構響きます。w
ビルの問題ですが、階段の柵がアルミで柔かったり、エレベーターも振動するなど、耐震性は大丈夫なのかな？

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 渋谷駅から割りと近いトウセン宇田川町ビルの3階です。チェルシーホテル等と同じビルです。エレベーターを使うよりビル向かって左手の階段を使う方が早く着きます。
ライブハウス内はコインロッカーも多くあり、トイレも比較的綺麗です。フロアの掃除もしっかりされており、素足で歩いても汚い感じはしません。フロアの形も綺麗な長方形で演者にとっても観客にとってもやりやすいと思います。
It is on the 3rd floor of the Tosen Udagawacho Building, which is relatively close to Shibuya Station. It is the same building as the Chelsea Hotel. It is faster to use the stairs on the left side of the building than to use the elevator.
There are many coin lockers in the live house, and the toilets are relatively clean. The floor is well cleaned and you won't feel dirty walking barefoot. The shape of the floor is also a beautiful rectangle, which makes it easy for both the performer and the audience.
