料理人のセンスを感じます。
食べログとかの低評価は、たぶんランチで作り置きしてるのが原因なのかな。
夜に行ってみたい。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ランチで利用しました。ランチメニューが豊富で、15時までやっているので助かります。あんかけ焼きそばを注文、卵スープと杏仁豆腐付でした。
喫煙OK、特に禁煙喫煙でエリアを分けてもいないようです。
I used it for lunch. The lunch menu is abundant and it is open until 15:00, which is helpful. I ordered ankake fried noodles with egg soup and almond tofu.

特にレバニラはレバーが切れ端みたいなクズを使ってなくて好印象(笑)
麻婆豆腐は花椒を効かせてくれたら更に好印象(笑)

鶏肉細切りそばは油にしっかり味を移していますが、スープ自体はあっさりした味、具のワカメが一層シンプルさを出してます。山形の冷やしラーメンの温かい版という感じであまり中華ぽくはないです。
セットのチャーハンは巷の半チャーハンより気持ちボリュームあり。

Chicken buckwheat noodles transfer the taste firmly to the oil, but the soup itself has a simple taste and the wakame ingredients are even more simple. It's not a Chinese version because it's a warm version of Yamagata's cold ramen.
The fried rice in the set has more heart than the half fried rice on the street.

揚げ置きでぬるい、硬いものもある。
同僚の卵炒めは作りたてでアツアツだったそうです。
量が多すぎて半分程しか食べれませんでした。
他のお客さんも残してる人が多いようにみえました。
