1	1999 acab on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ タンメン：600円麺はコシが残る茹で加減で食感が良いかったです。具材は豚肉・キャベツ・モヤシ・人参・ニラで構成。肉や野菜は炒めてからスープと合わせて煮込まれる。豚肉は腿肉で量は少なめ。その分、野菜がタップリでコレでもかって位入っていました。野菜はシャッキリな仕上がりで美味しいです。スープは塩味で熱々な温度です。出汁は鶏ガラ中心。化調も程よく入ってますね〜塩分はやや高めですが、野菜の甘みで丁度良い感じに仕上がってました。多めの粗挽き黒胡椒が入るが、高温で煮込むので胡椒の辛味が抑えられる感じでした。田町近くで600円は安いです！！野菜も沢山摂取できます！！しかし、店主さん自らタバコをプカプカ・・・ご馳走様でした。 Tanmen: 600 yen The noodles were boiled and the texture was good.
