店内は全部座敷、テーブルが6卓程度?
わりと硬めのそば。季節限定の天もりそばを食べました。限定4食だそう。
そばの他に漬物、そば豆腐がついてきます。
つゆの味はかえしが丁寧な味で、蕎麦湯まで美味しく飲めました。
そば豆腐も、口の中にそばの余韻が残るようであっという間に食べてしまいました。
天ぷらは衣が薄め。
基本的に上品な味で最後まで満足して食べられました。
大晦日までしっかり営業していらっしゃって、感動。毎年年末に来ようと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 一度目は自転車で、美味しかったので二度目は車で妻を連れて出掛けました。二度目の時は、ギリギリのラストオーダーの時間、1時半に入店。妻は天そば、私はちまき付きの蕎麦を注文。全てのお客が引けてしまい、私たちが最後まで残っていたので、お店のご主人とお話しする事が出来ました。「蕎麦豆腐」を出す蕎麦屋が珍しいですね、と言うと、「あれは作るのが大変でね、ひと鍋で30人分しか作れないんだけど、20分間焦げないようにずっと掻き混ぜなきゃいけないので体力使うんだよ」とのこと。そうだろうと思いました。まずはお蕎麦をご紹介します。私が通うお蕎麦やさんは、皆このくらいの太さです。というか、つくば周辺のお蕎麦屋さんは、面の太さは大方このくらいです。特徴はコシが強くて、噛みごたえのある麺に仕上がっています。妻に「今までで一番美味しいかもしれない」と言わしめるくらいの味わいであることは確かです。つけ汁は鰹の風味が感じられるほど、蕎麦湯で割ると、その風味がより鮮明に感じられます。決して濃いツユではありません。麺とのハーモニーで出しゃばらないツユです。先出の蕎麦豆腐が付いてくるのが大きなポイントです。これがまた美味い。天ぷらに使われている野菜がよく吟味されているらしく、それぞれの野菜の風味が感じられます。今回初めてちまきを頂きましたら、これも美味しかったです。蕎麦湯を3杯ほど飲み終わると、私も妻も満腹になりました。そして最後に、お値段ですが、とてもリーズナブルというよりも、格安と思えるほどのハイCPです。場所が場所だけに、隠れた名店と言っておきましょう。筑波山周辺には美味しい蕎麦屋があちこちにありますけれど、間違いなくイチオシのお店に入ります。
2021年10月、またまた自転車でランチに訪問して来ました。コロナ禍の外出制限が解けて、さぞやお客様も増えただろうと思ったら案の定。駐車場は一杯です。感染防止の為、テーブル席は一つ開けての着座となっており、しばし外で待ってから入店出来ました。一方、すでに入店されている方々は、まだ料理が配膳されておらず、結局私の注文が車で、かなり(多分40分ほど)待たされました。さてお蕎麦は腰があって良く噛まないと喉につかえそう、胡麻豆腐も美味しく、今日の天ぷらは絶品でしたね。舞茸、青唐辛子、菊などもあしらわれていました。でも音から入って来られた年配の五人組の方々、マスクはしていないし、ペチャクチャよくお喋りはしてるし、食事を終えたら、早々に退散して来ました。田舎だからといって、あんなお客は来なくて良いよね。

土浦からフラワーパークを向かうとして朝日トンネルを抜け最初の信号を右折 500-600mいくと右側に小さい看板があります そのまま道なりに進むと 左に坂を登る所があり 上がりきる前の左側にお店があります
老舗の感じで 老夫婦がやっているお店です。
テーブルが6卓しかないので いっぱいになることがあるのかわかりませんが 自分が行った時は 結局満席になっていました。
メニューもシンプルなメニュー表で これで勝負しているのがわかります。
お蕎麦もコシがあり 蕎麦茶もホント美味しかった。
そしてなにより 天ぷらのお野菜が甘くて本当に美味しかったです♪ あれだけ甘いお野菜だったら 野菜嫌いな子供でも食べてくれるんじゃないでしょうか?
少し感動しました。

道は辻交差点を曲がってから、所々に看板や幟が立っているので、迷うことはないと思います。
駐車場は未舗装で車を 10台くらい止められます。

色んな種類の天ぷらに、コシのあるお蕎麦で美味しかったです。
窓から見える景色も素敵で雰囲気も良いお店でした。
ただ店内が寒かったので、もし空いているなら暖房の近くの席に座ったほうがいいかもしれません。

室内は和室で田舎に帰ってきた感じのする落ち着けるお部屋。窓からは木の間越しに里の風景が見えます。
窓の高さが座敷で寄りかかると肘が乗せられる高さで落ち着けました。
此処で、夕陽を見ながら焼酎をチビリチビリやれたら最高だろうなぁと思いましたよ❣️
天ぷら蕎麦1,200円と、良心的なお値段で、お蕎麦は硬めの手打ちそば。しっかり噛むせいか、お腹いっぱいになりましたよ。
近くの鴨蕎麦で評判のお店が30分待ちだったのでこちらにしましたが、大正解でした。
また、お邪魔したくなる落ち着けるほのぼのしたお蕎麦屋さんです。
