高	高田裕美 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 受付の対応が悪い。なかなか電話に出ないのに、掛かってきた電話に出られなかったら『留守電に入れた』だけで完了される。レッスンの無料チケットを貰っても、使い方をわざとなのか説明して頂いてません。直接聞いたらようやっと使い方を教えて貰えました。おかしくないですか？(笑) 確認不足など、こちらにも落ち度があるかも知れないが、だったら高いレッスン代を払ってるのに、何のための受付なのか。忘れ物の問い合わせも、電話がやっと繋がって伝えたら、確認して向こうから返事すると言われて２ヶ月くらい放置。受付は居ないくらいに思った方がいい。 (もう別に居なくていいので、その分、レッスン代安くしてほしいくらい) The reception is poor.
