m	mayu u. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2年前から通っていました。コロナのため通うのを控えており、数ヶ月ぶりに予約を取りました。施術日から20日ほど前に予約を取ったのですが、施術当日の予約5分前に「契約期間を過ぎているため本日施術できません」と連絡が入りました。連絡が来た時にはもうサロンの前にいたので愕然としました。何を聞いても来てもらっても施術できませんの一点張りだったため、すごく気分が悪かったです。なぜ数日前から予約を取っていたのに5分前に連絡をされるのでしょうか。また、期間が切れていたのに気づかなかった私にも落ち度はありますが、コロナのために簡単に行けない人も多いと思うので、期間延長がないのは不親切かと思います。数回回数が残っていたため残念で仕方ないです。高い金額を払って通っている利用者の立場に立っていただければと思います。 I've been attending for two years. k	k u on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 下の方と同じく、コロナ中に期限がきれて施術を受けられませんでした。契約の時に期間過ぎても最後まで受けれますので大丈夫ですよ！と言われたのに（怪しいなとは思ってましたが）コロナで自粛明けに予約したら期間が切れてますの一点張り。契約させたいためにそういうこと言うのならば詐欺では？責持てないならきちんと社員の教育すべき。安いですが、この時期での契約は皆さんお気をつけ下さい。 Like the one below, I couldn't get the treatment because the deadline expired during the corona.
