★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ペスカさんは大好きなイタリアンレストランで、中でもアメリカ村近くの店は、
マンションの一室が店になっているので隠れ家感が満載で大好きなんです。
そのペスカさんがこのフードコートにも店を出していたのでビックリ！
でもこのフードコートは今までのフードコートと違って高級な店もたくさん出店
しているのでそれを考えると不思議でもないか。
他にもフレンチや握る寿司の店なんかもあるのでフードコートの概念が覆されましたね。
生ビールをお願いしたらカウンター横の金色？のピカピカのビアサーバーから綺麗な
お姉さんが注いでくれました♪
しかも上部の粗い泡はスプーンで取り除いて丁寧に。
フードコートでもさすがはペスカさんだw
さてお料理はこの２つを注文しましたよ。
◆天使の海老のカダイフ巻き
価格 880円
これはフードコートのレベルではありません。
器は海老を浮き出させる黒色。
カダイフを纏った海老が二尾いて、周りにはソースや葉やイクラなどで飾られていて
めっちゃオシャレ！
食べるとカダイフがパリッ、サクッと軽快で海老のプリップリ感が際立ちます。
イクラがプチッと弾けるとまたアクセントが加わってこれは美味しいです！
◆フレッシュトマトとバジルのパイッツァ
価格 1080円
ペスカさんの名物パイッツァがここにも登場です！
パイ生地のピッツァなので特に耳の部分のサクサク感が際立ちます。
トマトが美味い！
そしてバジルの香りと合体して、やっぱりええなぁ♪
どちらもとっても美味しくて満足です。
フードコートのレベルを超えてますw

ソースが美味しくて感動しました。
上に乗っていたカニは、身がなく扱いがよく分からなかったです(^_^;)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ フードコートとは思えない程のクオリティーでした。サイドでオーダーしたバケットも香ばしくて美味。パイ生地を使用したラザニア風ピザも斬新で新感覚のテースト。サイドのサラダもコスパも高い。店員さんもテキパキと感じが良く、リピートしたい店です。

なかなか美味しいが¥1080はちょっと高い。
お腹いっぱいにはならない。
ピザを満喫したい人には物足りないかも。

こんなお店がフードコートにあるのは嬉しい！！
特にピザが旨い。サクサクのパイ生地で焼き上げたピザは耳まで美味しくていくらでも食べれちゃいます。
ローストビーフもお肉が柔らかくていい感じでした。
