★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 広々とした公園です。カルチャーセンターしか利用しませんでしたが、施設は充実してました。敷地の脇を羽越本線が通っています。電車を見るのにも適してます。
 It is a spacious park. I used only the cultural center, but the facilities were substantial. The Uetsu Main Line runs beside the site. It is also suitable for watching trains.

駐車場以外にも平気で車を止めている人が多いのには驚き。
Why is there an ashtray in the park?
I was surprised that there are many people who are stopping the car without having to park except the parking lot.

A place often used for jogging and walking. Spring cherry blossoms are a must-see and I think the landscape is the best in Shibata.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 新発田市民から愛される素敵な公園。遊具も充実してますし、すぐそばに運動施設があるのも良いです。桜の季節に歩くのもまた善し。
A wonderful park loved by Shibata citizens. There are plenty of playground equipment, and it is good to have an exercise facility right next to it. It is also good to walk during the cherry blossom season.

ただ、雨上がりは、気をつけないと、泥だらけになりやすいかも。
If it's sunny, it's recommended for children's playgrounds. The parking lot is also large.
However, after the rain, if you are not careful, it may become muddy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 遊具も沢山あり小さいお子さん連れの方にはいいと思います。それなりに広いし、大人の休憩する場所もありとても良いと思います。
