設置されているwifi装置の裏に「500MB dayly」とあります。動画視聴、多人数でのPC利用には向きません。
The rooms are clean in a normal 1DK apartment.
There is "500MB dayly" on the back of the installed wifi device. It is not suitable for watching videos or using a PC with a large number of people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ かなり古いビルをリノベした会議室ですが駅から近く、会議には適した機材(ホワイトボードや画像を映すためのTVやケーブルなど)が揃っています。
トイレや水周りはとにかく古いですが、会議等で使う分には支障ないと思います。
階段のみの利用となります。
The meeting room is a renovation of a fairly old building, but it is close to the station and has suitable equipment for meetings (whiteboards, TVs and cables for displaying images, etc.).
The toilet and water area are old, but I don't think it will hinder the use at meetings.
Only the stairs can be used.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 距離的には駅近くですが、道が入り組んでいてあまり駅チカ感は無いです、目的地と経路の事前確認は必須かと、その分周囲の環境は割と静かです、部屋は普通の1DKのマンションの一室で風呂・シャワー・コンロ以外の設備は大抵使えます、新しくは無いですが清潔感は有ります。
Although it is close to the station in terms of distance, the road is complicated and there is not much feeling of station flickering, it is essential to confirm the destination and route in advance, the surrounding environment is relatively quiet, the room is a normal 1DK Most of the facilities other than the bath, shower, and stove can be used in one room of the condominium.
