レ	レベル名院 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 創業1953年の壁の穴で働いていた方が1972年代々木八幡にオープンした店がハシヤ。そこで修行された方が独立して開いたスパゲッティ屋はハシヤ系と呼ばれる。こちらの店もそうである。ラーメンの家系同様、ハシヤ系の店は都内各所にある。いずれもたらこスパゲティの元祖壁の穴の和風スパゲティメニューを軸としたメニュー展開。タラコ・ウニとイカ@1500 大盛り無料大多数の人がオーダーするタラコウニ。濃厚ではあるが塩味が強い。ウニの風味は少ない。生ウニのかけらも確認できない。しょっぱいが味が悪いわけではない。ただ本格的ウニのパスタではなくガッツリ系ガテン系パスタ。タラコも粒感があるものではない。味濃く空腹時には美味しく感じるのと大多数の人が好きなタラコスパなので中毒性あるのかもしれない。 Hashiya is a store that opened in Yoyogi-Hachiman in the 1972s when a person who worked in a hole in the wall in 1953 was founded. M	M Ishikawa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 赤坂にあった頃にミートソース納豆をよく食べに行っていた連れが美味しいからぜひ、と勧められて通っているお店です。大手町にある「日本で一番おいしいミートソース」をうたってるとあるお店のミートソースが美味しいと単純に思ってましたが、間違ってました。とてもコクがあるミートソース、そしてよく練られたひきわり納豆が絶妙です！！！連れはオーナーがいないときに納豆を勝手にダブルトッピング依頼をしていて、オーナーが居合わせた時は「これが黄金比だから余計な注文をするな！」と怒られたそうです。立川のこちらのお店はオーナーのお嬢さんが店長をされてるそうで、納豆ダブルも快く応じてくださるそうです。他にもタラコイカが人気です。大盛り無料が嬉しい！女性でもぺろりといけます。従業員の接客も素晴らしいです。とても連携して動いてるのがわかります。化粧室の男性用の便器に氷が置いてあるのも50代以上の方には響く心遣いかと。（化粧室は男女一緒で入口に鍵がかけられるので一人用）今度は醤油系を食べたいと思います。でもやっぱりミート納豆がテッパンかも。 When I was in Akasaka, I used to go to eat meat sauce natto, and my companion was delicious, so I recommend this restaurant. T	Tomomi T on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 立川でパスタを食べる時はいつもここです。コロナ渦ではあるけど立川に用事がありランチに立ち寄りました。いつものように美味しく頂けました。ピザランチも出来ていてすごく美味しかったです。ただ、結構『密』でした。隣の席との仕切りも小さくてあまり意味がなかったです。お隣に座ったおじいさんが食べる時以外もマスクを外して大きな声で話して咳き込んでいたので、ちょっと不安になりました。もう少しちゃんと仕切るなり１つ席をあけて座るなり出来たらいいなと思いました。 It's always here when I eat pasta in Tachikawa.
